WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEMS ARRIVE DAMAGED? Go Up


Customer satisfaction is our goal at EYE 8TA PIE.

If the box is damaged and you are there to receive it please reject it and it will get returned to us and we will send out a new package.

All packaged items are triple checked before they leave our wearhouse, so we know it left fine, however if an item arrives a way it shouldn't, then Please return the damaged package or items and we will replace it!

We will send out a return label for the item and arrange to have it replaced asap.

*Note: Regular returns and exchanged items do not qualify for return pre-paid shipping.

EYE 8TA PIE TM accepts Returns and Exchanges within 45 days or purchase date.
 
 
All returned items must be unworn/unwashed/unused in brand new condition with no alternations, damages, odors, (sweat, perfume, smoke, etc.)
 
We'll send you another color, a new size or if it's a refund you'd rather have, we'll take care of that too.
 
 
Should you choose to send your purchase back for a refund, we will credit the same card used to place the order. If you return your purchase for an exchange, we will credit the card used to place the order and place a new order for you.
 
 
Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price or exchange. Specify the exchange item and the new color or size and reason for return or exchange on the back of the original sales receipt.
 
 
It's a good idea to purchase tracking and insurance on your returned item or send via a carrier that automatically covers your package, such as FedEx .
 
 
EYE 8TA PIE TM is not responsible for lost packages nor are we responsible for the cost of returning an item back to us. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Should you choose to send your purchase back for a refund, we will credit the same card used to place the order. If you return your purchase for an exchange, we will credit the card used to place the order and place a new order for you.

Please allow 1 - 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Our shirts are made from the highest quality cotton on the market, 100% Cotton and/or 90%/10% Cotton~Polyester blend.
Our tee-shirts are 6.1oz and long lasting. We use real screen printing for a superior look.

 
SHRINKAGE Go Up

All our shirts are made of 100% preshrunk cotton and/or 90%/10% Cotton~Polyester blend. They may shrink a little beyond this but should not be by much.
* Exceptions: Hoodie is 65% Cotton and 35% Polyester blend.

BY WHICH CARRIER WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? Go Up

Four shipping options are available through FEDEX.

We suggest shipping FEDEX 3 Business Day for the best rates but if you require a Saturday delivery consider Fedex Home delivery.

FEDEX Home Delivery delivers packages to residential addresses Tuesday through Saturday from 9am to 8pm.

Orders sent by 3-Business Days or 2-Business Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 8am through 4:30pm.

We recommend choosing 3-Business Day or 2-Business Day shipping if you are shipping your package to a business address.


 
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? Go Up

EYE 8TA PIE ships most orders in 48-72 hours of receiving the order.

However due to popular demand on some items we might be running low on inventory and may have to take a little longer to fill your order, 7 -10 Days.

Note: We will only ship complete orders.

**Your credit card will not be billed until your order has been shipped.

No PO Box Deliveries - Sorry.

All "SOLD OUT" inventory is on Back Order so visit us again soon to order those items.
